Molotov (300 Shrek Coins) delivers throwable fire AoE damage. Single-use like Grenades but purchased rather than crafted. Useful when Scrap Metal is low but coins are available.
Grenades are crafted, not shop purchased — but function similarly as throwable AoE. Prefer crafted Grenades for coin conservation; buy Molotovs only when metal farming is inconvenient.
Stack consumables before difficult level attempts: 2 Med Kits, 1 Speed Potion, 1 Force Field for Office runs. Adjust based on your skill and weapon tier.

When Not to Use Consumables

Consumable Stacking Strategies
Before Hard level attempts, stock two Med Kits, one Speed Potion, and one Force Field in your inventory. This four-item consumable stack handles most emergency scenarios without over-investing coins.
Office farming runs consume Force Fields fastest — budget one Force Field per Office replay. Arcade survival consumes Med Kits fastest — budget three Med Kits for five-round endurance with damage from Animatronics.
Molotovs overlap with crafted Grenades functionally. Prefer Grenades when Scrap Metal is plentiful from Lobby farming. Buy Molotovs only during coin-rich, metal-poor situations like post-daily-reward day six with three hundred coins available.
Consumable Usage by Level Type
Speed Potions shine on chase-heavy levels: Lobby, Motion, Level RUN, School, and Furniture Store where Shrek or Donkey pressure requires burst movement beyond normal Shift sprint. Pop a Speed Potion when an entity enters line of sight rather than after taking damage — preventive use saves Med Kits.
Med Kits belong in your hotbar before any level with S-tier or A-tier entities. The Office, Iron Sub, Level 188, and Waffle Rooms punish single mistakes with 20+ damage that compounds across multiple encounters. One Med Kit between two Shrek encounters often determines whether you reach the exit or restart.
Force Field Potions enable risky loot runs on The Island treasure chests and Office vending machine farming. Activate before entering a loot zone, grab materials quickly, and exit before the timer expires. Force Field does not protect against void falls in Play Place or hole drops in Waffle Rooms.
Stack consumables from daily reward coin savings rather than buying everything at once. A disciplined player reaches The Office with Compass plus four Med Kits plus six Speed Potions from day 1-6 daily rewards alone, assuming minimal coin spending on novelty items like Money Gun.
